I cannot get upload.net to work for me.

I press the free download button and get a 30 sec countdown and then get the captch to type into the box but then it stops until I press ok to download on the toolbar, and then it just goes to another window telling me something in german, I presume it is saying that I cannot download again so soon, yet I never did download anything yet.
Rapigator does the same thing for me with the toolbar but I am still able to get to the download button. Whats up with all these newer file host's, a lot of them seem to have too much bullshit to go through.
Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks, Wonka.
