For all I know, Ul.to isn't.
And Deposit Files is NOT registering the new stuff I put there. I'm not an active member for some time, but for three days I uploaded there like mad - and they're simply NOT COUNTING or couting cents, even with a medium of 600 d/l per file, and over 40 new files. :eek:
