Me first again? Jeez ...................................

I was in the News Agents store, picking up a paper for my Dad. I noticed all the papers were Friday's, when I wanted Saturdays. I went to the counter and said to the woman serving, "Excuse me, but you only seem to have yesterdays papers." She went and checked and then said, "No we don't."

"You do," I protested, "All you have are Friday's editions!"

"Correct," she smiled patiently and sweetly at me, "probably because IT IS Friday!"
