How to keep track of clips you want ?

I am a bit of a database freak and have a list of clips I want.

But I just stumbled on a quick an easy way doing it

If I see a clip that I want for one of my faves that I have a folder for I copy the pic (full size) into her folder with the name of the movie etc.

That way I have a pictorial visual record of the clip in case it is no longer uploaded.

Then when I get the clip I can delete the jpg.
