Where is the thread to report dead pic posts?

I have found some dead Rapidshare links in the MeganQT thread in the PATM Pictures section of the forum. I have looked for the thread where I could report these deleted links, but I can't find it.

Can someone please reply with the exact thread I should use to report these dead links and I will do so.
