In light of the Christmas (or other holiday) season, and how much online shopping people do...what are the things you dislike most about online shopping?
1. Shipping gouging. As soon as I see somebody charging 14 bucks for Priority Mail shipping, my interest wanes.
2. Not always being able to get the particular shipping carrier you might want for a certain item.
That's two I got. :p
