CraigsList spam virus questions help

I sell a few new things on Craiglist. I sell new in the box items. I am seeing a pattern many so called buyers, want me to send them "pictures" I state in the CraigsList ad, "no pictures" new in the sealed package. Factory sealed.
Does it open something up on my PC or email when I allow "pictures or jpgs to be sent?

I also find many CraigList "buyers are only wanting me to "call" them, or "text them"

I do not want phone SPAM or endless TEXT message spams.

I also find some buyers will quote my entire "ad", and then add a "?" at the end....Nothing else.

Any thoughts on these "tactics"
