black screen just b/4 shutdown with message

sometimes when i shutdown ,i get a blackscreen with some words that are gone sooo quickly that i cant possibly read them, however there are always 2 blue boxes left and right and left one says forced shutdown....no matter how hard i try i just cannot react to any of it.
i run nothing other than what my os win7 requires and my anti spy/virus....which i have always shut off long b/4 shutting down...can anyone advise please.
